Like others when they heard the news of dropping oil prices Thursday, she breathed a sigh of relief. “I am very excited. My wallet will appreciate it,” she said. Though predictions abound about how low prices may go at the pump in response to the cost of crude oil plummeting, one expert said Thursday it may be a modest dip and it won’t happen instantly.
